1-Year Replacement Warranty!

If for some reason your product stops working within the first year of ownership, for reasons other than physical damage, simply contact us at to arrange for an RMA# to receive a replacement. In order to receive a replacement we require that the customer returns the product and we will pay to have the item reshipped.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product within the first 30-days please contact us for an RMA# to return your item. Please note that S&H fees are not refundable.

  • Please note all returns must include an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to be returned. Failure to include an RMA# issued by us may result in your return not being processed correctly, or in a timely manner.

  • All products returned for a credit or refund that are not defective must be returned in brand new condition and must include the undamaged original manufacture packing for a full refund. Otherwise an additional 15% restock fee may be applied.

  • Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. In order to receive a refund we require that the customer returns the product according to our RMA directions before the refund is issued.

    • Free shipping - Non-defective products that were initially shipped to you using our free shipping option, and are being returned for a credit or refund, will be subject to a restocking fee, in order to recover initial shipping & handling costs.
